Grief Share

Grief Share is a 13-week video-based seminar and support group designed to help people grieving the loss of a loved one.  Each video features interviews with leading experts and authors with years of experience in grief recovery.  Following each video session, the group breaks into small group discussion.

GRIEF SHARE:  SURVIVING THE HOLIDAYS is a helpful, encouraging seminar for people facing the holidays after the death of a loved one. The seminar will be held twice, both on Wednesday nights, November 2nd and December 7th following our monthly church supper (7:00-8:30 pm.) There is no charge for this event.

The seminar features practical suggestions and reassurances through video interviews with counselors, grief experts and other people who have experienced the holidays after their loved one’s death. Topics to be discussed include “Why the Holidays Are Tough,” “What to Expect,” “How to Prepare,” “How to Manage Relationships and Holiday Socials” and “Using the Holidays to Help You Heal.”
Those who attend will receive a free book with over 30 daily readings providing additional insights and ideas on holiday survival. Please sign up for either date in the church office.
